Orix Marketing – eLearning LMS Software Systems
All content made available through the Orix Marketing – eLearning LMS Software Systems, including but not limited to course videos, lesson materials, presentations, assessments, downloadable resources, and system-generated educational content (“Course Content”), is the exclusive intellectual property of CSI Medi / Cyber Science International. This content is protected under the Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003 of Sri Lanka, as well as applicable international copyright laws and treaties, including the Berne Convention.
Course Content is provided strictly for personal, non-transferable educational use by duly enrolled learners. Any unauthorized copying, screen recording, downloading, reproduction, redistribution, sharing, alteration, adaptation, publication, or commercial exploitation of the Course Content, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of CSI Medi.
Any breach of this notice may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to the Orix Marketing eLearning LMS Software Systems without refund and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.

Orix Marketing – eLearning LMS Software Systems හරහා ලබාදෙන සියලුම අධ්යාපනික අන්තර්ගතයන් — වීඩියෝ පාඩම්, ලේඛන, ප්රස්තුති, ඇගයීම්, බාගත කළ හැකි ද්රව්ය සහ පද්ධති මගින් ජනනය කරන අන්තර්ගතයන් (“පාඨමාලා අන්තර්ගතයන්”) — CSI Medi / Cyber Science International සතු සම්පූර්ණ බුද්ධිමය දේපළ වන අතර, ශ්රී ලංකාවේ බුද්ධිමය දේපළ පනත අංක 36 (2003) සහ Berne Convention ඇතුළු අදාළ ජාත්යන්තර කාපිරයිට් නීති යටතේ ආරක්ෂා කර ඇත.
මෙම පාඨමාලා අන්තර්ගතයන් ලබාදෙන්නේ ලියාපදිංචි සිසුන්ට පමණක්, පුද්ගලික හා මාරු කළ නොහැකි අධ්යාපනික භාවිතය සඳහාය. ලිඛිත අවසරයකින් තොරව වීඩියෝ පටිගත කිරීම, පිටපත් කිරීම, බාගත කිරීම, බෙදාහැරීම, සංශෝධනය කිරීම, නැවත ප්රකාශනය කිරීම හෝ වාණිජ භාවිතය දැඩි ලෙස තහනම් වේ.
මෙම නියමයන් උල්ලංඝනය කිරීමේදී, ප්රවේශය වහාම අත්හිටුවීම හෝ ස්ථිරව අවලංගු කිරීම සිදු කළ හැකි අතර, සිවිල් සහ අපරාධ නඩු ක්රියාමාර්ග, හානි සඳහා වන්දි ඉල්ලීම් සහ නීතිමය වියදම් අය කිරීම ඇතුළු පියවර ගත හැක.
මෙහි පැහැදිලිව ලබා නොදුන් සියලුම අයිතිවාසිකම් CSI Medi සතුය.
